What do you do?

A simple question. I'm shit at answering it:

Compose regional reviews for line manager. Ship relevant innovation samples for use at meetings. compose prop docs for regional deals. update monthly mapnotes for the operational guys who must execute promotions in stores. update the promotional grid with regional and national activities. assist in pricing discrepancies when orders are rejected or blocked. Communicate with category management on innovation samples, any delays or issues of that nature. track innovation ranging in accordance with what is agreed with each region. assist the forecasting of demand across personal care ranges going forward in the year. compose item number request sheets for customer HQ when they have to range new innovations. pull cross customer reports for director 'eg top 50 sku's in A against top 50 in B'. pull sales information to track success of items. compose evaluation sheets of past promotions in customer. present to the regional operational managers for customer A and B on upcoming innovations and promotional execution in their stores. inquire with brand on execution technicalities which are unclear. strive to magic stock into existence when items are on promotion and out of stock. follow-up non-compliance of promotional activities and solutions there of. update relevant documentation per region per meeting. sort out line deletion/ammendment/addition from adhoc pov. Track promotional grid against physical/virtual leaflets available. Track deal-spend against the targets set. umm... and stuff

I'm sure the general idea is clear from this. Maybe I've missed a pretty obvious description as well. Who knows.
